Moving right along.

Last nights work out:

On tredmill:
10 minute cardio work out, mainly to increase heart rate to 160
Peddle bike:
20 minutes of random hills. That was fun!!

Weights:
4x10 Torso Rotator - 50lbs
120 Calf Rasies on 70lbs
2x20 Leg Press on 80lbs
4x10 Leg Extentions (both calf and quads) 40lbs
4x15 Ab Chair -50lbs

Swam:
5 25 sprints on 45 seconds. 3 of them Butterfly!
5 50 swims.. 2 butterfly, 3 free

DonE!

I fell asleep on the floor...

last night....at 6pm and slept until 10am. Woke up, ate something, went back to sleep.

So much for raquette (sp?) ball..

143.2!!

Last night I did a killer work out:

I did one of the cardio machines where you feel like you are running but there is virtually no stress on any of your joints. I ran for about 15 minutes (the little machine said 160 cals)
Following weight work outs:
6 sets of 15 calf rasies (5 sets on 40 lbs, 1 set on 60)
4 sets of 10 Leg Extensions (40lbs each)
50 Leg Press (60lbs)
4 sets of 10 Ab Machine (not rotator) (40lbs)

Ran a Cardio for 10 minutes - 1/2 mile

Swam 10 25 sprints - best sprint was 16 seconds!!! (Did that a few times, too)

Current weight this moring....
143.2!!!

Day 2

Weight: 145 (Dropped one pound!)

I went last night and ran a mile and then went to try out all of the machines. I found a few that I like and that I think would be benefical. I will start using those, too!

Training!

Alright, I doubt anyone reads my posts anymore, so this is mainly for me!

I'm a fat ass and I weigh entirelly too much! I just got a YMCA membership and Im going to mark my progress on here.

Last night I ran a mile and swam a bunch (dont know how much).

Today, Decemeber 13th
Current Weight: 146.6
Pant Size: 8
Height: 5'6
Currently running: 1 mile (19 laps at the Y) (not timed)
Swimming: Unknown - atleast a 500

My biggest goal is to be in the best condition that I can be when try-outs for ultimate frisbee come around. When I played on Shotgun I was in the best shape of my life and I let that slip away from me. I want it back for my new team and I will get it.

My goals to be met before my 21st birthday (April 11th).
Weight: 130
Pant Size: 4-6 (basically fit in all my old clothes)
Running: 4 Miles (76 laps at Y) without stopping (time may be added later)
Swim: 800 without stopping.

I can't wait to be new again!
