Last night I did a killer work out:
I did one of the cardio machines where you feel like you are running but there is virtually no stress on any of your joints. I ran for about 15 minutes (the little machine said 160 cals)
Following weight work outs:
6 sets of 15 calf rasies (5 sets on 40 lbs, 1 set on 60)
4 sets of 10 Leg Extensions (40lbs each)
50 Leg Press (60lbs)
4 sets of 10 Ab Machine (not rotator) (40lbs)
Ran a Cardio for 10 minutes - 1/2 mile
Swam 10 25 sprints - best sprint was 16 seconds!!! (Did that a few times, too)
Current weight this moring....
143.2!!!
Hoorah~~ Tryouts- here I come!
