Training!
Alright, I doubt anyone reads my posts anymore, so this is mainly for me!
I'm a fat ass and I weigh entirelly too much! I just got a YMCA membership and Im going to mark my progress on here.
Last night I ran a mile and swam a bunch (dont know how much).
Today, Decemeber 13th
Current Weight: 146.6
Pant Size: 8
Height: 5'6
Currently running: 1 mile (19 laps at the Y) (not timed)
Swimming: Unknown - atleast a 500
My biggest goal is to be in the best condition that I can be when try-outs for ultimate frisbee come around. When I played on Shotgun I was in the best shape of my life and I let that slip away from me. I want it back for my new team and I will get it.
My goals to be met before my 21st birthday (April 11th).
Weight: 130
Pant Size: 4-6 (basically fit in all my old clothes)
Running: 4 Miles (76 laps at Y) without stopping (time may be added later)
Swim: 800 without stopping.
I can't wait to be new again!
