Body Sculpting - day 2
So I've been trying this Body Sculpting class with Mikey and it's awesome.
I'm sore in places I didn't even know I had muscles! The work outs are intense, strong and a pain the nex
t day. It's a great work out and it's a lot of fun.We did this thing tonight that really killed. You lay on your side and you push up on your elbow (or entire arm) and point your other hand to the sky. Much like the photo shown. I can't begin to explain how many reps we did of this, but I can tell you that they hurt like hell. I had to stop and rest a few times during the work out just because of the amount of pain in my abs. My hopes from this - to have an awesome core!
We also did a lot of squats and calf raises with the weights. It's crazy. If anyone wants to try - let me know - I have a guest pass for someone to try out this class....
