Guilty of some things...

There are a few things in which I am gulity for.
1. Not posting about my work outs.
2. Not doing some of them since it was x-mas and people were all mad and nuts.
3. Thinking that I wouldn't enjoy this weekend...

I know that I haven't been posting about my work outs, but since I only got one done during the x-mas break and I did three last week, I decided to start posting yet again.
I have been working out on the olypical's doing 27 minutes of "weight loss training" where it changes the level of intesity between 1 and 8 every few minutes/strides. Then I have been doing the stairs, usually 20 flights followed by a five minute cardio run. After all thats done I hit the weights consisting of the torso rotator, the calf rasies, 2 different ab machines, a really cool machine that works your butt and then hamstrings and quads. Then comes the fun part; once my body is already pretty tired I hit the pool. I swim a 50 warm up lap to get my muscles use to the water and then I do 10 sprints. Five of the sprints are free and then the other five are butterfly... Anyway, I'll start posting more about my work outs as they progress.

Seven Little Idiots.
Am I guilty for thinking this weekend wouldnt be fun? Yes. Am I guilty for thinking it wouldnt be fun because of the team? No. Absolutley not. I was worried about playing womens, as I have always played mixed and wasn't sure how much I would like it. However, this weekend was kick ass! I really had a lot of fun and oh, how good I feel after working out! I can feel such a difference this weekend just with the little bit of work outs I've started. Emmie gave me the greatest compliment. Ever. It was the first point of the first game and she had a beautiful backhand huck to me in the end zone. She and I both thought for sure that she had over thrown me until out of nowhere this phenomenon happend. I excellerated from sprinting to an evens faster sprint! (Can I do that?) She came up and told me after I caught it that she thought for sure that she had over thrown me and then told me that "I've never see you do something like that! It was exactly what Tessie does; speeds up in the middle of her run!" Woot! Yea. I feel good....

The weekend was a blast. We went 1-3, but it was the most fun I have had in a long time. We lost to Backhoe, Ozone and Old #7 but we beat UGA! Ha. Yea....that always feels good. We all played great! I loved being out there....it was awesome...

Tryouts, baby, here I come! I've gotta keep getting in shape...but it feels sooo good!!!!
