So, I don't know what to call this post, so back off! ^_^

Like the changes? I figured that since I got all the kinks out of the way (the stupid, annoying, immature people who were being jackasses) I could allow for people to comment outside of the blog world again. Have fun!


This previous weekend as a ton of fun! Even though we didn't make Nationals (total bummer) I really enjoyed being down in Orlando. Scott, Teddy, Caroline, Stace and myself all shared a hotel room and a car ride down to Orlando. Weren't those converstations just interesting!? Caroline (left) and Stace (right) definatley made playing with Shotgun so much fun! Stace, who is undoubtably my twin (I think there was seperation at birth or something) was a lot of fun to be around. She was just like me, talkitive, flirty and fun! She was great amusement on and off the field. I still love how Scott Sample always mixed the two of us up! "Great Defense Sam!" - "Scott, I'm standing right next to you (on the sidelines).. thats Stace!" It was very amusing. Caroline, oh sweet Caroline! She was great to have around. She's just so nice!! Everytime she was around she had a great smile on her face. Something that I really admired. They both better hurry up and get jobs in Atlanta. I need roomies, ladies!! =) Both of those girls are just awesome!
Also, over the weekend, all of the girls were given nicknames with "whore" as the ending word. I was "Secret Whore", Stace was "Cuddle Whore" and Caroline was "Bff Whore." Haha, there were more, I just cant remember them for the other girls. Tons of fun...

So about the weekend:
We lost to Holes and Poles and JOTS (aka. Johnny on the Spot). I'm still okay with the way our season went. We played strong, came out on top in my eyes. I still feel that even if we made it to the game to go we would of been murdered by Hang Time or Hot N' Sweaty. They were just un-real. I sat and watched them play a little bit during there game. Neither team turned the disc over. It was just solid offense and solid defense. It would of been really tough. The one thing that I am okay with is that both teams, Hot n Sweaty and Hang Time, both deserved to go to Nationals. It's not like some team made it that we could of murdered. So, even though I'm upset that we didn't make it, I'm still happy. Couldn't ask more for a first year of club.
This club season has taught me a lot. I went into this season still rather clueless about a lot of things. Shotgun forced me into doing things, mainly handling. Which, by the way, I feel confident in saying that I did an O.K. job. I feel like I've gotten better since last year, though there are still a lot of things that I do need to work on still. Like Amy Smith said, I need to have more confidence in myself. I think that will come in time. I just can't wait until I am a threat on the field. What a season....
