Ages 4 to adult
Today I got home from a long weekend (which I will post about later, when I have more time)and was asked to help clean out our upstairs, hall closet. In doing so, I found my stash of old games from when I was younger. Yes, go ahead with the "hold are you?" jokes and "wasn't that last year?" comments, but these games, to me, are old school. Some of the games that I found were: Chutes and Latters, Monopoly, Hands Down, Candyland, Hungry-Hungry Hippos, Operation, Trouble, Life, Sorry!, Boggel and a few more that were just great fun to play. It just reminded me of how much fun rainy days used to be before the world of video games. I asked my brother, who is fifteen, if had ever played any of these games. He hadn't even heard of half of them. The only one he knew was Monopoly and then again, who doesn't know that game?!
I'm not dissin' the video games, I'm just sayin' - games used to be a lot of fun!
I miss those old rainy days....
